Hi all,

can anybody doing two jobs with EAD.
I-140 is still pending. No FP yet.

can we do two jobs with EAD. One with GC employer another with somebody.

Does 2nd job need Offer letter?
Does 2nd job need AC21? do we need to inform to INS(NSC)?
Does 2nd job need same salary and Title as mentioned in GC Labor?

Any input is greatly appreciae.

----> Yes, assuming u have received EAD approval and the physical card. But u would loose ur H1 status immediately after using EAD - so beware, if your 140 is rejected for any reason or ur employer lays u off, u would be in deep trouble.

2 Jobs On Ead

You can do n... number of jobs provided the primary job is of software engineer or your primary profession on basis of which the I-485 has been filed.
