I have received a copy the RFE. I have to submit the following information.
These are the exact terms mentioned on the RFE(Form I- 797).
1. Submit an Orignal Letter on Company letterhead from the current employer stating your date of hire, duties, remuneration and prospect for continued employment.
2.Submit your earnings statements for the last two months.
3.Please submit your Federal Income Tax returns, including all schedules and forms W-2 and/or Forms 1099 for 2002.
Guys I would appreciate if some one could post the format of the letter that needs to be sent to USICS.
