Can any one help on salary problem

RFE for Pay stubb. W-2 and employment ltr.

First my LC was approved base on salary 51K. I still work for the same company my salary is 45K . I am 6K short. I also do parttime work . My total salary with two jobs shows 60K official filed W2 for last two years. Will I have problem . Read salary issue thread and cases are rejected for low wages.
Should I worry? Pls advise......

I am no expert in this, but it is likely that they may look at your primary salary. However since, GC is for future employment try to copnvince your employer to pay the at least the amount specified on LC after approval and submit a letter to that effect. Good luck.

If the RFE is for you 485, they are probably just checking to see if you're going to be working for the petitioning company. If the RFE is for a 140, then it's ability to pay and the company needs to show they can make up the 6K deficiency (income or net assets).

RFE is for I 485. IF the company says 51K in the employment letter and my Pay stubb shows 45K , then I will fall in more problems.

i got RFE last month on same w2, taxreturn....even my situation also same that LC salary is 60k and i am getting 52k, My lawyer already replied but i am not sure whether she noticed it or not??.

Gurus your opnion please
