1/30/2008 : Cases Transfered to Nebraska center for interview

Currently I am in NJ,Case is transfered to Nebraska...

What should I do, to change the scheduled interview to Newark, NJ
 
Contact your Congressman / Senator

Contact your local Congressman / Senator. Preferably contact both Senators in NJ. They are quite helpful in immigration matters.
 
You must have failed to update them with your new address in NJ for your I-485 case. Filing AR-11 is not always sufficient.

Did you get notice in mail from USCIS that your interview is in Nebraska or you are seeing this online that it is transfered to Nebraska?

If it is the online status you are seeing, then wait for the notice. And if interview is not in NJ, then take infopass appointment and request to change to NJ.

It is just an online message as of now showing as NE. Is there a possibility that i may still get the interview scheduled in NJ even though online it says as Nebraska.
 
If in USCIS system, you address is noted as NJ, then interview will be in NJ, regardless of where your case is right now.
 
You may wonder if there is an interview. Mine was with that message and then just changed to 'Pending in NSC' again.

So, not sure what is happening at all !!!

In our case primary applicant is approved. THe pending application is mine which is still pending at USCIS.

Now, if the primary applicant moves the company after 180 days, is that going to create any problem for me.
