Hi,
I am a physical therapist from India on H4 Visa
recently we filed our green card from my side.
We filed green card in August (first week) 2005 but we didn’t get our EAD yet and we already did our fingerprints two weeks back.
My friend who is the same situation filed her green card in August (Second Week) 2005 but they already got their work permit.
How is that possible that they got their work permit first and we are still waiting ...........
How do they issue the work permit ...........
Please put some light on this.........
