Someone needs your expertize, information again!
Friend of mine needs what the books say about her situation. Her husband applied to asylum, got referred to IJ and hearings are in the process. It looks like their DA is giving really hard time for them and they are not sure if they will win.
Now she is asking from me if she can play Green Card lottery (her country is eligible apparently) or the rules prevent her from the participation.
Can she apply and if lucky win GC and live in US?
