We know we can use AC21 if being laid off. But how about quit the job intentionally. Is there any difference? Has anybody quit the job after 6 month and still got approved?
Yea you can. AC21 doesn't differentiate between the 2. However, my advice, try and stay with your job until you get approved. Yea in some cases it might not be possible.
