Can a withdrawn I-40 be revived?

Gurus, I have my EAD and TD approved and my I140 was pending. Due to a misunderstanding my employer withdrew the 140 and now I am trying to have it revived. is that possible. Please let me know?
 
If it has been withdrawn and if the message says..Its been withdrawn then there is nothing you can do !,But if it is denied then you can file MTR(motion-to-reopen)

I hope this helps !, but you can always re-file the I-140/485 if you employer agrees to it !
