Can a USC apply for residence in Canada

I would like to know if Canada offers any kind of stay for American Citizen. I would like to move there with my family.

Sure, you could immigrate as a skilled worker. See:

It typically takes 2-3 years for processing if you are a US citizen residing on US soil for a "routine" skilled worker immigrant application, assuming of course you have enough points to qualify.
