Hi guys, we have this situation:
Husband: US-born US citizen with US passport. Is an OCI holder. Husband's parents are Indian citizens. Husband never had Indian citizenship or passport.
Wife: India-born naturalized US citizen with US passport. Is an OCI holder. Wife's parents are Indian citizens. Wife had Indian citizenship and passport before becoming USC.
Husband and wife (both now USC and both OCI holders) will have a kid next year in the USA.
(a) Will the kid be eligible to get OCI?
(b) On what exact basis would this kid to be eligible for OCI?
