Can a rejected EB2 priority date be used?
I am entering 6th year of my h1 in a couple of months. My employer is filing labor under PERM in EB2.
If this gets rejected, we are planning to apply again in EB3 ( this is going to be in my 6 th year).
Can I use my initial rejected EB2 priority date for getting 7th year extension? Any help will be greatly appreciated!
