I have a situation and already left message for my attorney.
I have applied for I-485 (AOS) and my wife I-140 is completed and her PD is current, so we have already applied for CP in her I-140 application. So can we go ahead with her I-485 (CP). My question here, I am already dependednt on her I-485 and my I-485 has been already applied. PLs. do let me know if any issues that may arise if we do this. please post your info as much as you know.
