Can a labor substitution case use AC21

Hi All,

I have few more questions which I want to clarify:

1. Can a labor substitution case use AC21.
2. Will there be a problem if new employer is giving 10% higher salary than old employer for same title and same duties.
3. In one thread, ginnu mentioned that we should file AC21 after joining the new employer without waiting for RFE. He also said that we should attach 2-3 recent pay stubs. Does that mean we should file AC21 after about 3 months of joining the new company.
4. Ginnu also mentioned that we should try to get
"approved LC copy particularly form ETA750A, copy of I-140 fing or I-140- approval ". I am not sure if my old employer will provide me with these documents as these documents belong to the employer not the GC beneficiary. But I have the list of skills taht were submitted along with my I-140. Am I fine without copies of LC or 140?
