My wife and i were granted asylum status on 9/11/15,so if we dont leave the US, we can apply for green card on 9/11/16,,,but my wife is going to be out US for about 2 months,then she will be eligible to apply for green card 2 months later then 9/11/16,my question is Can i send my green card application on 9/11/16 ,,,before my wife,if i dont leave US with my wife and stay here for the whole year,,,,?????? im a derivative asylee,,,my wife is the principal,,,,
