Can a citizen sponsor someone twice?

I am an american citizen. I am married and divorced twice. My first marriage is to an mexican girl and when I was 21 and I sponsored her but the marriage got annulled within 1 year because I realise that she married me for the papers. She didn't get her GC or citizenship. Then my 2nd marriage is to an american citizen. which lasted for 2 years. Now I am 28 and am in love again with a non-citizen. I am just wondering if a citizen can sponsor someone twice?

Thanks!!!

I don't think it's an issue. I can only suspect that USCIS looks out for people who keep marrying non-citizens, get them a green card and then divorce them (obviously a scam) but since you actually cancelled the first one (because she was only marrying you for the GC) it shouldn't be an issue as you pretty much show that that's not your intention. You'll have to fill out the forms appropriately, though (there are questions related to past sponsorships, past marriages, divorces and such)

I believe that there are some limitations on sponsoring since you are required to take care of them (via I-864) financially. You can't go around sponsoring 100 people since technically you would be responsible financially for all of them and unless your last name's Trump, it's not happening.

But that won't apply to you so you're all good.
