I just updated the tracker which is on the 140 forum, and it seems that cases filed since Feb 2003 to Feb 2004 have largely been approved. Now, I know that the spreadsheet maintains a miniscule of the actual number of cases that TSC maintains, but I wonder if this sample is representative of the actual trend at TSC.
Just as we saw in the case of 140s, which jumped from Aug03 to May04 within 3-4 months, is it logical that the same would happen to the 485s?
