Can 2 485 applications be filed at 2 different service center\'s.

My PD is 11/98 where as my ND for 485 is 12/99 (EB3). VSC. Dates got retrogressed.
Is it possible for my wife to apply for 485 at NSC. Her details are EB2 PD 03/97 . I 140 approved 06/00.
We are planning to file jointly.
Please advice ?
