Can 140 e-approval notice email be used as initial evidence

Has anyone ever attached e-approval notice i.e email approval of 140 as initial evidence to 485 ?
Did anyone get RFE for this to send copy of actual paper 797 notice ?
In a hurry we shipped 485 with printout of e-approval of 140.
Did not want to wait till I get 797 approval notice in mail .

No Problem..

At the most you will get an RFE , to submit that document. As long as it has the Reciept Notice #, they should be able to track it back.
