ANY WAC02 174 51*** ???? PLEASE RESPOND

Please post any update if you are a WAC02 174 51**
It seems taht I have not seen any posted with this series... APPROVED OR NOT!
Can anyone Guru please advise who & what to do to follow up case on my own? I already asked my paralegal (law office) to follow up, she said she already did. Thank you in advance!

You seem to be inside the JIT, is your FP valid? If so then start sending level I/II faxes for adjudication. If it is not then you need to use level I/II to request FP notice. Make a fuss over JIT passing you by. Not that it will work, but that is the only alternative you have. You might also try calling the service center and asking them to kick of an inquiry for you.

One is supposed to start sending faxes once the JIT covered more than 30 days after RD,
which is not the case with 02-174.
