Calling USCIS for content of RFE

I called USCIS this morning to query the content of RFE, the damn machine told me that I have to wait at least 30 minutes. And I don't have the option to wait, they just ask me to call back later.
DAMN
 
they will not be able to give u the contents of the RFE...so no use of calling for that ... just wait for the mail to arive
