Hi Folks,
I'm trying to set up a sub forum for EB2-NIW 2005 filers from India who are still waiting for approval. Aim is to share information and keep track of what is going on. Dec. bulletin is extremely disheartening.
I hope you all will respond as well as other 2005 NIW filers from India so we can keep some track of cases. From trackitt.com, it seems numerous NIW 2005 filers from India got approved. I wonder how.............

My details are:
I140/I485 RD, Oct 2005, filed in CSC, transfered to TSC in Mar, 2006
I-140 AD, Jul 2006
FP2 in May 2007, no LUDs after that.
I-485 LUD in Sept. 2007 in response to SR (says case is within normal time)
No idea whether name check cleared or not.

Working on EAD, traveling on AP. Gave up my H1-B after 2 yrs use.
 
No sign of GC any more...

I don't know what these assholes are doing......I have been struggling since 2001. and my case has been pending since Last November with RD of Oct'2005
With more retro expected down the line and with all the cases filed when last flood gates were opened, I am really not seeing any future for my GC.
my case has been in NC since Oct 2005.

I'm a EB2-NIW 2005 filer from China. The retrogression will affect me starting on Dec 1. AS TSC only received my medical RFE this morning, it seems my case will be very tricky ---If I don't see the approval in the next 2 weeks, then who knows, might have to wait in the dark for another couple of years ....
