has any updates.

No FP yet

No, I have yet to receive my FP notice. Lawyer sent a fax last week but no reply.

If I do not get a reply this week, I will fax another one.

No FP Notice yet....

Sent the first fax addressed to Duty officer on July 2, No reply yet.
Whom should the second fax be addressed to ?

I used the form that was widely circulated in the old forum as below.

Change the # to the one above and instead of attorney signature, changed it to Applicant signature.


About 5-6 weeks back, I had spoken to a IIO asking for fax format which she had assured me will be sent in couple of days. But, it never made it. I spoke to another IIO and asked if I can fax the enq if it is > 120 days and was told to do so in any format I wanted, addressed to Duty officer.

Ist enquiry faxed on Jul 2nd. No reply so far..
Thinking of sending another.

any advice in this matter is welcome !
 
My RD. is 08/14/01

I recd. my fp last week, after sending 3 faxes. Just follow the fax. numbers stated in http://www.elirich.com/csc-inquiries.pdf .
Send the first fax. wait for 15 days, send another fax to the second no. again wait for 15 days, finally send fax to the centre director.I,m sure u,ll get a reply within a week. It worked for me,hope it works for you guys too. My fp was scheduled for !0th August, did early fp last week.Now waiting for the approval. Hope this helps .

also did you send the inquiry or your lawyer sent it.

Also, did you use the first page or the last page. What fax numbers did you use?

rpk: did your lawyer sign on all three of the fax sheets

Also, the FP fax inquiry sheet is the last page (& not first) in the document.

Yes u,ve to fax the last page only.
 
No replies even after 2nd level inquiry....

by my attorney.I have not received the fp notice as yet.My lawyer says that we will have to wait for about 20 days after which they will file the inquiry with the liasion of CSC.i dont know what it means.
Anyways my 20 days will get over next week and lets see what my attorney does.

Could you post more details. Which center. Was your attorney notified or did you get it in the mail

1st level inquiry filed in June
2nd leve inquiry for fp notice filed in July
Attorney received the FP notice by mail on July 31st.
I have not received the FP notice as yet.But it is ok as my laywer said that i can use their notices and get the fp done.:)

did early fp today

my fp date was aug 22 but i went today at sj asc and it was so fast.within 15 mins they did my fp and i was out of there.
hang in guys !!!!!
