Hi all,
I've seen many posts saying that calling KCC takes 10 minutes just waiting for someone to give you an answer.
Last friday I called them, an automatic machine gives you options (I pressed # 1 for DV2007) and then a nice lady answers asking your CN, Full Name and Date of Birth. It took less than a minute and my wife's interview will be on Nov. 30th.
My wife hasn't received the 2nd envelope yet, that's why we decided to call. According to them, we will receive the envelope in 1 or 2 weeks.
