calling ins

Like many of you, I have been waiting for more than a year (wac-02) I have filed for ead and ap extension? have not recd them yet(receipt date october 2002). my earlier AP has already expired and ead will expire in january.

I have never called ins. Is it worth trying? thanks

Once I called them up and a lady said, "Your case is still pending. What do you expect?" I was threatened and hung up the phone.
