Calling IIO for status update ?

Hi Dec-2001 and Jan-2002 filers,


Did any of you call the 1800 number to talk to an IIO about pending 485 case status and the reason for its delay .. Share your info/experience with us ..

4 times

i called 4 times different days, 1800 blah blah
i selected 1 then 5 to speak to representative.
everytime i get wait time to talk to representative is 25 mins.
after 25 mins are over , it gets disconnected.

I am frustrated with these guys.
any one knows
trick/hints to talk to representative easily.

I know somebody had posted an interesting post about his conversation with an IIO .. and he even went over the topic of WAC03s getting approved before WAC02s ..
