Calling Gurus for valuable information n help here.

I am on H1B in the US
My wife and son (17yrs)on H4 and with me.
My company is planning to file my GC from NJ but it may take 5 yrs for it to come.
Wife's sister is a US citizen
Wifes parents are GC holder's and are in the US

now the question:

in this situation: what is the fastest route to get a GC. keep in mind my son is 17yrs old.

There is no reason to post multiple threads for same issue. People have already replied to your question earlier.

Your best bet and ONLY bet is get the GC thru your company ie employment based..

Like others said, you have better chances of hitting a lottery then to get thru family route unless some big changes in immigration rules happen...
