calling DOL

my PERM was filed 60 days ago...still pending. It was filed after 2 denials.
I want to know, is there a way to reach the DOL and talk to the officer taking care of my PERM, as to y is there a delay.

any advices?? should my lawyer do that?

Well, I guess (even if you find out how to call them) they won't talk to you. This is your employer's file, not yours. However, your lawyer can do that.
The problem is that when you call them, you deal with CS and I have no clue how to get them switch you to the actual certifying officer.

You can try and send them an email. Sometimes it helps, but in most cases it does not.
My EB-2 has been pending over 90 days. I have no idea why it takes that long.
