I don't see any NIW approvals from VSC lately. My RD for I-140(NIW) is 15 th Sept. 05..

Calling all NIW applicants for suggestions...how long the waite expected to be. Anyone out there with approval...or still waiting. As per my observation VSC has slowed down on NIW approvals...
Please answer. Thank You.

Hi. I have been waiting since June 30th 05. It is very frustrating to see many people at other centers are getting approval very quickly. I don't know how much more I need to wait for any news. My LUD has not changed once yet.

No LUD until 12/28/05
AD 12/28/05

I hired a lawyer but I did it myself because I wouldn't trust the lawyer to meet the retro deadline.

is there any recent approval of I-140 at VSC?

It seems that at TSC, a lot of quick approvals have been posted. Today I saw one in the other forum. It tooks just 2 weeks for I-140 approval. By the way, I just filed I-140/485 concurrently in the end of December. Is there any recent approval at VSC? How long should/might I wait for this? As you are, I am crossing my fingers crossed.

Did you receive I-140 receipt number? I also filed one EB1 EA not hear from VSC as yet. Keep in touch.

I had two LUD's on the 13th and 14th Jan , No message change on my NIW petion, atleast VSC is "touching" NIW cases filed in September 05. Does any one have news about their NIW applications filed in Sep ?
