Attorney Murthy has pointed out in one of her chats that PD\'s might retrogress in March 2002. Can we try and gather data on number of cases filed from October 2000 to Jun 2001 and get an idea of how many cases are being approved by INS. A place to start is at http://www.immitracker.com
The reason for this data collection is that 485 filers in July 2001 have 9 months for approval before PD\'s retrogress in March 2002 (hoping they never do). That way we can fairly predict whether VSC will process July 2001 and later cases before March 2002.
