Calling all CSC-EB2-concurrent pilot pending filers from April'04 to Sep or till date

Unfortunately we pilot filers have not fallen into the pilot program, may be due to back ground checks in the 485 phase. Because of that our cases might not have been concurrently adjudicated.

According to the current trend of JIT dates for 140s, in the near furure if the JIT dates advance in the current pace can we see our 140 approvals soon even our 485s are still pending? Or else do we have to wait for our 140 approvals till our 485s are ready to adjudicate?

Anyone please comment.

I think we can see more EB3, and EB2 non-conc approvals soon for the cases filed during the pilot period.

You may be right. My RD/ND are 29th July 2004, but I haven't been part
of the mass LUD update on 10/27 for I-485. But looking at CSC reports,
it might be few more months before our I-140 are touched. Plus I have a feeling
that they are really serious about clearing off backlog of RIR/non-RIR with impending PERM processing.

MY RD is April 29 2004 and I had an LUD change on 10/27 for the I485 application too but nothing happened after that.
