Called VSC again today

Lady told me EB2 priority is March 1st 2005, while I have another 2 month to wait...

She did not answer my concer over name-check and security check directly...... statting visa avaiability is the only problem for my case...

I wonder if that means my name-check is cleared, etc....

anyone get clear message about their name check status or security check status on their website?

As per VSC bulletin 485 processing is june 2005. So , I guess urs should be on way. GL.

I think you guys are talking about VSC Receipt Date and not about PD!

how to call VSC

Is there a point in calling VSC when PD is not current?

All of you have a current PD: you should be getting GCs soon.

I-140 & 485 RD: 9/05
I-140 AD 2/06
I-485 AD ??

Hey guys, I need an input from you guys.

My labor filed from NJ in Sep 2002 and it has completed 4th anniversary. Labor approved by Philly backlog center. Applied for 140 & 485 to Nebraska. Nebraska sent the applications to Texas Service center(TSC). TSC approved my AP , 140 & EAD. Only 485 APPROVAL IS LEFT NOW . Yesterday, I got a mail from uscis saying,

To speed up my case, it has been transfered to vermont Service center and I will hear decision from Vermont Service center.

What should I expect here.I am seeing people with earlier receipt dates waiting here.

1) Do they arrange for interview ?
2)Will it take longer time to get my 485 approval , when compared to Texas service center after this transafer.
3)Will my case really speed up as per their mail according to your experience ?

My 485 RD is 06/2006 and my labor PD is 09/2002

Would you please tell me how you call VERMONT CENTER... I can only call the 1800 number on the USCIS and they dont connect me to the VERMONT CENTER...

Hi:

If you are from India, then your PD is not current right now! But it is really funny, as to how your I 485 case has traveled to all centers except for CSC!!!! USCIS in unbelievable!!!

I do not think, they will arrange interview. But I think, you have to wait till your PD is current and then if u think, you do not get stuck in name check or something. Also, they are currently processing cases from June 2005. So, even if your PD is current ( i.e. you are not from India), you have to still wait.
