Called TSC - Strange Experience

So I called the TSC today using the POJ method, but got routed to a service rep. She was nice, looked at the info & said your card was mailed on March'15th !! I said no way and asked her to research more. I told her I did my FP in the 3rd week of May and there has been no status update since then.

So after taking down all my info, with further research, she said that she is observing conflicting information on her screen about my case. So she created a SR with all the detailed notes and told me to expect for a reply in 45 days.
 
Had the same experience 3 weeks back, rep said that my case is approved and the card has been ordered. I did not believe her, and I tried the POJ method again, to end up with an IO, who said that if I have not received an approval email, then it is not approved and that my f..kin namecheck is still pending.
 
I see a LUD today with no message or status change .... been there, seen these .... no expectations !!
