According to immigration officer my case is still pending.
She confirmed -
Name check is cleared.
Finger printing is cleared.
The case has not been assigned to the officer
No visa number has been assigned to the case

I guess another waiting game starts for me. Back to booze ....

found an IO after 30 min wait.
According to her, case assigned to officer.
Asked if any timeline for approval - she says does not know

Asked abt spouse's case - she asked spouse to come on line and speak!!
told my spouse her case is pending- we asked abt her checks - all clear.

Go figure!!!!!
