Called TSC, confirmed 485 approval and 140 is still pending?

Hi All,

I called 1-800# today and finally got transfered to TSC service center, they confirmed my 485 approval and also mentioned my 140 is still pending, that officer said there could be some mistake. I am still waiting for my 485 approval notice.

Incase If I get my 485 approval, will it be any issues for my PP stamping?? What about if my employer withdraw my pending 140 later?? I really need your openion. INS completely playing with me.

small advise: dont get worry about what is not approved and what is approved...

as soon as you get your approval notice, just go and stamp on PP. !!!!

your I-140 might have approved , then only 485 will be approved..... USCIS work flow should be in order, I485 will be approved only after I-140 is approved ( for employment based )......
