I called national service center 1 months ago, at that time, they told me
I am supposed to get the response within 1 month, now 1 month passed, I did not get any mail from them, do your guys think I need to call them again?

Yes, you need to call them again. Same thing with my case, I just called them an hour ago.
My first call was on 06/08/04 and didn't receive any response in the last 30 days (of course :mad: ).
So, I called them up yesterday (07/08/04) but I was told 30 full days must be passed before they could send another inqury.
I called them back today and they send another inqury.
The lady didn't know anything, I couldn't get any useful information. She said: "If I don't hear anything from them in the next 30 days, call us back"....
Probably it doesn't help at all, but you can try it. It's better if you do it....
