Planning to go out of USA in Feb next year , First time called INS, told me that case still in staging area, not yet assigned, INS still processing Oct 1 & there is additional delay due to new things comming up... can not say whether my 485 will be done by Jan next year....
So she advised me to mail AP documents to Vermount or to go to local INS office for AP.
Document req. for AP (for all family members including kids)
*I-131 form
*$110 cheque
*copy of 485 receipt
*Immigration style Photo
