Ok guys don't bash me,

I called IIO at 1.50 today and she was a very nice lady, she told me that my case is still pending and they are processiing OCT-01 cases, but asked me to hold on for a second and will be right back and when she came back she told me this:

"that the case is still pending but something should come up in next 30 days as according to her the next step is that the case will be assigned soon, it is in such area where it will be assigned soon and asked me to give a call back if nothing comes up in next 30 days"

So I think something positive, atleast something is moving...

I got the same reply, when i talked to an IIO on Dec 17...Will catch hold of her when i reach 30 days...Will see how it goes...
 
Sorry to be a devil's advocate but don't count on anything IIO tells u. I was told back In Nov that my case has been assigned to an officer and when I called then 30days later I was told that case is still pending and was never assigned.
