Called IIO yest\'day - Case ND 1/16/01 is being reviewed.. what does this mean?

FP: 5/3/01 - checked FP earlier and they say everything looks fine.
             case in final adj. stage. 2 wks back.
AD: waiting...

AVM used to be case not found and changed to \'your app recd..\' about 4 wks. back. I made an address change recently.

My 140 approved for CP by mistake.

IIO says the CP 140 might delay my case by +1 month.
Asked more details about the case IIO says she can\'t see my file as file is on officer\'s desk and it\'s being reviewed.

Anyone knows what is the meaning of \'being reviewed\'???

hi.being reviewed means it is ready to be approved, rfe etc. before reviewed meant that case being approved or rfe in 10 days. these days i believe it is taking much longer. i called reg my rfe almost a month and a half ago and they told me that my case is being reviewed and that i will hear from them with in 30 days. it has been more than a month and a half and there is no news. my rfe was for a simple job letter and i have been with the company since 1990. my 2 cents.

Could you please let me know, when (what-date) VSC received your REF. My REF, they received on Sep 20, 2001 and still they (VSC) are saying wait for 30-days. Yesterday, an IIO told me that it is being reveiwed. I don\'t understand, what\'s going-on at VSC with candidates who got REF\'s. It\'s already being delayed too much.....
