Called IIO today WAC-01-284

First she asked about the Receipt Number and then told me that the last action on my file was on 21FEB, which is FBI inquiry response.

When I asked her whether it is assigned or not to officer, she told me that it is assigned on 26MARCH.

I am not sure the information she gave is correct.

I was fortunate to get through too today..

I got to speak to an IIO and was told that the case was assigned to and officer on March 28th. So who knows?

Any idea how long it takes after case is assigned to offices? is it significant? <EOM>

I would say it takes 1-3 weeks after assignment. What is your PD, bg_waiting?

Unless the IIO is a big ass lazy guy.

mine is WAC01-277-5 FP:SJ, I have not talked to IIO, don\'t know if officer has case or not <EOM&

If your case was really assigned to officer on Mar 26th and Mar 28th, expect approvals in about 15 days from now.
