Just wanted to update you guys.

I talk to an IIO today and after usual exchange of greetings, I came my EAC no.

She said your case is in November and so your case is little out of the range we are processing. Right now we are processing upto September 30 2001 cases.

Obviously the lady is confused with the RD and ND dates. But she said looking at the system, your case is filled in November 2001. You are getting close but your case is still not assigned.

ND:11/14/01
FP:01/29/02

Anyway, I'm sad to hear this and the wait continues
 
Here's what my wife heard from IIO

RD: Sept 21,2002

Our cases are at the 'boarder'. Officer is working on the cases.
Probably we will hear something before Dec. 13 (My wife's EAD expires on Dec. 13) but he couldn't guarantee. There is not much to tell. :confused:

<Sigh> I don't think our cases will be approved by Dec. 13.
