My question to them was why is my AP WAC-03-128 ND 3/17 not yet touched when CSC processing time report for May 1st says AP is at 3/20?
After 10 redials and 20 minutes waiting I got an IIO on the phone and he immediately told me that I'll have to wait more, then I told him that the case is past processing time so he told me he would forward my case to Division 1 - which is a good sign according to recent posts here.
He also told me to fax the inquiry to the same division stating my case number and that it is past processing time.
