I called IIO today regarding my case, which is pending for a long time now. Strangely, the officer said that "there is no way of knowing if the case has been assigned to an officer or not".

Almost all of June2001 cases are processed. I am not sure what is happening with my case.

Details are as follows:
vsc-eb2-india, rd-06/01/2001, nd-08/03/2001, fp-01/17/2002.

Any June'2001 waiters please respond.

What is the 'Receipt Date' on your FP notice. Sometimes they wronly put ND in the column where it says 'Receipt Date' in FP notice. This happenned to one of my friends and he go his approval based on his ND.

Did you opt for CP in 140 if so your case might be delayed by one more month?
