Called IIO just now around 11.30 am got line may be after 10 minutes dailing and IIO after 15 minutes wait.

He said balme it on Sep 11 since they are doing a lot of background & security checks there is a huge backlog so cannot predit any timeline when my case will be assigned ND Dec 12th, 2001.

Reg EAD he said just go get iEAD that also has huge backlog, show u r check as receipt for iEAD.

Overall not helpfull, same old shit, but I keep calling once in a while hoping some day some thing will happen.

The next time you call can you pose a generic question to the IIO as to why you have been seeing April approvals instead of November ones?

His answer will throw some light on the huge question in peoples minds that INS has broken the FIFO queue.

His answer would either

a) Give me an april case
b) Every case is different.
c) Uhhh I don't know ..
