Called IIO 5 mins back.IIO told me that it is not assigned to officer yet.They are processing NOV 15 th cases.. How come we are seeing DEC approvals?

The guys who are getting approved have RD Nov 23rd / 24th.

 VSC goes by RD not ND :)
 
That is BS

I don\'t think VSC follows any rules like that. We have seen Dec RDs getting approved. It simply depends on your luck. Some officers are sincere and that is the reason why we see some approvals. All of us who have not been assigned to an IIO should pray that their case is not stuck with some lazy officer so at least they have a chance to get approved.
