Called IIO at 3:20PM 11/14

Hi All,
I called IIO thrice.

First time in Sep: Reply: Case assigned.
Second Time Oct: Reply: Case misdirected and we will recall the file.
Today: Case still pending.

These IIOs are masterpeaces of GOD and never give proper answers.

More or less I too worried about my case. Comes under AC21 and sincerely informed to INS.
