To my surprise, I got through the line after second re-dail and 5 minutes waiting.
She said, VSC currently is entering I485 case into computer received on August 21
My case was mailed on August 31, so it should be in next week or so.
I also confirmed that processing date is relative to Receipt Date, not Notice Date.
In this sense, it makes little difference when a notice issues.
