Called IIO about my AP

Called IIO at 10am today about my AP. She said it takes 30 to 60 days for processing..., I need to wait till Nov., 23, and it is with an officer.

I have not been back to my homeland over 4 years because of the visa status. I really hope the AP to be approved early, then I can assure my parents I can go back in early December. Feel so upset now!

Anybody else in the same boat?

My AP information: RD 9/27/02 and ND 10/02/02.

I guess because you are a New Yorker as me. My EAD&AP renewal

RD is 09/25 and I am still waiting. We are lag behind other states.

But do not worry, give a little long wait. We will be on time!

I dreamed talking to IIO all night. Hope I can get the AP approval by the mid of this month.

Where did you file your AP? VSC or NYC?
If you filed in NYC, then you should get a notice letter in about 6-8 weeks; if you filed in VSC, then you should get your AP in one month or two. (NOT THE NOTICE LETTER).
