Called IIO 9am today

I heard one of my friends got approved recently.
His RD is Sept 14,2001.
So, I called the IIO this morning around 9AM to check
if the case has been assigned yet.
As usual, the IIO gave me the same s*** like, I
can't tell you blah blah blah...
They might as well take of this help line and
put them also to some useful work!!!

Anyway, I will be applying for my EAD renewal
this week.
My RD is 9/7/01 and EAD expires by 11/25/02.

You'd better renew your EAD ASAP, friend. Please do not bet on INS too much. We all know its irregularities.
