I called IIO today she said my case is with the officer, but that is already almost 2 months now.

She was actually very nice and gave me 2 important information:

1. Case "under review" is same as "Case assigned to officer" and it depending on the workload of the officer the case will progress

2. She even told me that my security check was done and it is fine, atleast there is oen good news as I was under the impression maybe that is slowing my case.

What time did you successfully call the IIO ? I always get the engaged tone.

best bet is to call at 7:45am and then keep on hearing the same message, as soon as it is 8:00 am then press "0" to go to speak to the IIO, this works for me.
