My RD is Oct 12th. The lady I spoke to said my case was pending. I am not sure what this means. Has been assigned to someone and is waiting for the approval or is it yet to be assigned. I do not understand why they have to so cryptic.

My RD is 10/11/01. I was told the same 'pending'. I asked if that would mean not assigned. Reply was affirmative. I was also informed that may take couple of months since, my RD was November (which actually is my ND).

Don't know how long the wait's going to be?:confused:
